quotation stabbing to question mark and dictionary

hello i've got an idea :D i was tinking for a option that you can change a quotation stabbing to a question mark.. ;) pleas do it :D and things like this that you can save in your dictionary: <3 (l) -.- --' shoud be fine ;)
