Custom keyboard layout designer

Gamble
Hey there, I'm a Russian user, but generally I'm using my own custom phonetic keyboard layout, which differs from a regular Russian phonetic layout. I've searched the net for a solution to my problem and your program is the closest I got. Is there a chance you'll be releasing such a layout designer?
Thank you for your work anyhow!

P.S.: It's for HTC Desire :)
